

The responsibilities of the role include: Strong knowledge in semiconductor physics along with fab and assembly process knowledge is a plus.Understanding of Modem protocol layer (NR/FDD/TDD LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA), Familiar with 3GPP standards Good experiences on LTE/5G network architecture, end to end call flow, physical layer and up layers of air interface 5G knowledge is preferred.Strong knowledge/ experience in Android Frameworks, Android Monkey, Android architecture, Linux kernel, core related technology / Camera / Audio / Graphic / Display.

Preferred Hands on experience with Tools such as (QXDM, QRACT, QPST, QSPR, ADB, Android, Crash Tools, QMIC, others).Collaborate with the team to design, evaluate, integrate and add test coverage, setup and execute tests, and provide insights and analysis via written technical reports.Perform bring-up and verification of test systems.Good programming knowledge in Python is preferable Experience in test automation setup and any scripting languages.Experience using any Test Equipment such as Anritsu/Rohde & Schwarz/Keysight/Oscilloscope/spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power supplies, power meters, VNA, tuner, power and spectrum signal analysis using IQ capture data.Experience with Crash Scope, ADB, Kernel, Memory dumps, QXDM logs, Putty logs, etc.Strong knowledge/ experience in ARM architecture and T32 debugging.Strong knowledge/ experience in Modem/RF testing in RF Calibrations, Performance/ Sensitivity/Signaling/Power Calibration for Modem / RF system.Strong knowledge/ experience in product testing in system level including functional/performance/power/stability/SW/ARM Arch/T32 related tests.Be part of an RMA engineering team that is responsible for Customer Quality Issue for Modem, Digital, PMIC, RFFR, & RF control on the worlds most advanced 5G sub6/mmW modems.Evaluates reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production. Designers, Software/System Engineering, Architecture Development, Business Groups, Customers, Customer Engineering) to drive and incorporate the latest test solutions in the production program to improve the yield, test time, and quality. Interfaces with various cross-functional teams (e.g. Evaluates, characterizes, and develops the manufacturing solution for leading-edge products in the most advanced processes. Conducts simulations and analyses of designs. Plans, designs, and develops electronic systems, circuits, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging, optical systems, and/or DSP systems.
